परतावा धोरण (Refund Policy)
१. डिजिटल उत्पादने (Digital Products)
आमच्या PDF मार्गदर्शिका आणि ई-बुक्स हे डिजिटल स्वरूपात असल्याने, एकदा खरेदी केल्यानंतर आणि डाउनलोड लिंक मिळाल्यावर कोणताही परतावा (Refund) दिला जाणार नाही.
Since our PDF guides and digital products are instantly downloadable, we follow a strict No Refund policy once the purchase is complete.
२. मॅट्रिमोनी आणि सदस्यता (Subscriptions)
मॅट्रिमोनी नोंदणी शुल्क हे सेवा वापरण्यासाठी आहे. एकदा सेवा सक्रिय (Activate) झाली की, फी परत मिळणार नाही. लग्न जमल्यास किंवा अन्य कारणास्तव खाते बंद केल्यास फीचा परतावा मिळणार नाही.
Subscription fees for Matrimony or Premium Groups are non-refundable once the service is activated, regardless of whether a match is found or the account is deleted early.
३. जाहिरातदार धोरण (For Advertisers)
स्थानिक व्यवसायांसाठीच्या जाहिराती एकदा प्रसिद्ध (Post) झाल्यावर त्याचे शुल्क परत केले जात नाही. जर जाहिरात नियोजित वेळेपूर्वी रद्द केली, तर उर्वरित कालावधीचा परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.
For local business advertisements, fees are non-refundable once the ad has been posted. If an ad campaign is cancelled mid-month, no pro-rata refund will be provided.
४. अयशस्वी व्यवहार जबाबदारी (Payment Failures)
जर तुमचे पैसे कापले गेले पण आम्हाला प्राप्त झाले नाहीत (Failed Transaction), तर त्यासाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही. हा विषय UPI किंवा पेमेंट सिस्टमचा असल्याने, तुम्हाला तुमच्या बँकेशी किंवा पेमेंट सर्व्हिस प्रोव्हाइडरशी संपर्क साधावा लागेल.
We are not responsible for unsuccessful transactions where money is deducted from your account but not received by us. This is a matter between you and your Bank or Payment Service Provider (UPI/Gateway). Please contact them for resolution.
